Swaddl

Privacy policy

Effective October 12, 2026.

Swaddl is made by nyyx LLC for parents and caregivers.

Your data stays with you

Care logs, child profiles, notes, photos, recordings, and dictation transcripts stay on your device. Speech and questions about your history are processed on-device. No account is required. We do not receive your baby history, sell personal information, run ads, or track your app usage.

Sharing is your choice

Optional family sharing sends child profiles and care history, including notes, photos, recordings, and transcripts, to family devices you approve. Transfers are encrypted. Removing a device stops this phone’s direct sharing with it; copies already received remain on other devices.

You’re in control

You can manage microphone, speech, camera, photo, and local-network permissions in device Settings. If you enable a widget, its child summary may be visible to anyone who can see your home screen.

Deleting an entry removes it from visible history. Original recordings, transcripts, older edits, and sharing records can remain on-device. Deleting the app removes its local app data; device backups, photo-library originals, widget data, and copies shared with family may remain. We cannot access or remotely erase data on your devices.

Support, beta feedback, and website visits

If you email support, we and our email providers receive what you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate issues. You can ask us to delete information you sent to support.

During TestFlight testing, Apple may share feedback, screenshots, crash reports, and testing metrics with us under its terms.

Our website provider processes connection details such as your IP address, browser information, and requested pages to serve and protect the site. The website has no advertising or analytics trackers.
